Garmin map updates not updating roads? - garmin map updates

I have a Garmin satellite navigation and recently updated the map of Europe City Navigator NT 2010.10 but I see no difference in the cards, for example, is a street near me not on the cards. Garmin Update no roads in the current map or something I done wrong?
