Groin Muscle Injury Reoccuring Groin Injury?

Reoccuring groin injury? - groin muscle injury

I have a groin injury after exposure Reoccuring bad in September, I think. It was a bad train, but only my first bar. I'm a hockey goalie, 14, and after a particularly rough practice will hurt for a few days. My question is: a) Note B) exercises strengthen the muscles in the groin? any help would be very grateful.

If it does not heal, I can see w / a doc or therapist ortho Google Phys stretching or bar for more information. In my experience, the rest is the best remedy for chronic muscle pain. The more muscle fibers increases, more time to heal tissue.
